Apparently, Arne Duncan follows the CORE Twitter. He was slated to speak at a luncheon for Advance Illinois. After we announced that we were planning on “welcoming” him back to town outside of the event, the group decided to change the luncheon to a breakfast. This should be no problem as teachers are used to getting up early.
