Chicago Sun-Times Reports 2010 Hit List

Last year, 22 schools were slated for closure, turnaround, consolidation, or phase-out. CORE/GEM’s massive mobilization efforts spared 6 schools. Let’s work together to fight these costly experiments from City Hall. Contact coreteachers@gmail.com to be part of the fight. Attend the CORE general meeting this Thursday, January 21st at Manny’s Deli 1141 S. Jefferson. 4:15 PM.
